Lacking One Photo

Yesterday, I called on Nathan and/or Graham to help me set up my new printer. Nathan and Kathy were in town so they came first. Nathan got it mostly set up and ran into a snag. He and Kathy needed to leave so Graham was called in and he finished the setting up...I failed to take Graham's photo. It is all set up and working...so far so good! I haven't needed to print much but what I have asked it to either print or copy it did the task at hand. One of the things we printed before Graham left was a photo...just printed it on regular copy paper, but it looked great...so good to have a printer once again that mixes and prints color correctlly. I got an EcoTank...one that no longer has cartridges and I will fill the ink myself. The initial fill went great...no mess...and, supposedly that fill is supposed to last three years! That I will be interested to see if true! Graham and I had a nice visit after he completed setting up the printer. He also came up with a fix for a problem I have been having with my small needlework lapstand. So far that has been successful, also. I completed another ornament and have started on the next one. I would really like to have these last three complete before the end of August. Three of Nathan's kids headed to college today. Joy chose to go to her class along (it is approved for Nathan to accompany her to take notes.) She didn't want him to come. I think that the only thing that happened in her class was the handing out of the syllabus. But she got her first day of college under her belt and all on her own! Wondering how Esther is doing all on her own at Columbus State and how Graham did on his first day back at MTSU. Esther told me she was excited and Graham was very enthusiastic about his classes. He is taking Japanese for his foreign language!!!!! More power to him! I have done a few tasks around the house today...including two loads of wash nd ready to put the third one in the dryer...then that task will be done for the week! I have done some stitching when taking breaks. Also have read a little bit. I finished another book yesterday and got underway with another one. Always something to do to fill in the hours around here. I got back from prayer meeting just a little while ago...Fall is in the air both temperature wise and the fact that it is getting dark earlier. I put my porch light on before I left this evening knowing that it would be at least dusk and we stayed a little longer tonight and I was glad I had left it on. I like it getting cooler...not as excited about it getting dark earlier! It is supposed to get into the 50s over night and it never got out of the 70s today...very nice! To be continued! Be safe! Be well! Be cautious!
