I started this blog to keep folk up to date on my husband's melanoma treatments. I have kept up daily blogs for almost 15 years...sometimes health related...sometimes just daily routine. My husband was in remission with his Melanoma but new melanoma diagnosis 3/2021 so started back on Keytruda. 8/2020 began home Peritoneal Dialysis. 7/2022 began training for home hemodialysis…never a dull moment! Come join us in our daily routine...sometimes humdrum...sometimes sit on the edge of your seat!

Signs of Spring!
A sweet friend brought us this hanging basket today for Spring and for "a birthday"...more about the latter tomorrow! It definitely brightened up a rather gray day! I continue to be busy bringing the house back to normal. I worked a lot in the living room getting furniture back in place and getting "normal, everyday" items back out on end tables, etc. The vacuum got a workout as did the dust/polishing cloths. And, it is looking more normal...though Chrustmas was looking pretty normal since it had been around so long! I have decided to get out some Spring decorations...perhaps that will happen tomorrow. I have packed more boxes into the Christmas closet. It is filling up and the stacks in the hallway are getting shorter. I "think" that everything that is Christmas is upstairs now either in the hall or tucked back in the closet. Woody had dialysis today and everything went fine as far as we know. We got a call from someone from home health who wanted to stop by this afternoon to evaluate Woody for PT. I told him that Woody would be at dialysis at that time so he plans to come tomorrow. The home health nurse plans to come tomorrow, also. At least we won't have to go anywhere for these "appointments!" We got a little rain today, but not as much as I thought was predicted. More predicted for tomorrow. To be continued! Be safe! Ve well! Be cautious!
