The appointment went great this morning with Woody's new cardiologist...first time he has been to a cardiologist...mist get in all the types of doctors! He had an EKG first and then saw various folk...someone to fill in his information on their computer, then a nurse practitioner and then Dr. Gupta. It looks like his fluctuating blood pressure is due to being on dialysis and also being anemic. The doctor took away one of Woody's meds and changed the time we take one on the day before dialysis. And, the funny addition is that he is to start taking prenatal vitamins...a bit of teasing can be done over that addition! The rest of the changes will have to be done at dialysis. The best part of this appointment...didn't have to make a return appointment. We can call and make an appointment if we feel the need or if dialysis feels he needs to go back. It was an easy appointment, but still zapped us of our energy...we both did a little napping this afternoon and Woody has already turned in for the night. I did drag myself out for prayer meeting. And, I did manage to vacuum the living room and dining room today...so a little much needed house cleaning was done. I continue to work on a gift for Abigail's shower for this coming weekend...about finished with it...then on to working on another for the shower at our church rhe first weekend in May.
