Tonight's photo tells you one of the things that I did today. I told myself that if it wasn't pouring that I would go vote after Donna and I worked in the library. This morning I continued with the sorting and filing of things that had stacked up over some time. I finished that job after I got back home from the library and voting. Donna and I went to the library today hoping to find that our new computer had been delivered yesterday. But when we got there, it wasn't there. They checked on the status of the delivery and it was supposed to be on the delivery truck and supposed to get here today. Donna and I went on into the library and shelved books and straightened books. We hadn't worked very long and the box with computer was brought in to us. I checked with Nathan…he thought that we would attempt to get it set up…we thought not…we both felt the need for help! So he plans to get it up and running tomorrow night after our Wednesday evening studies. So we are another step closer to having a computer back in the library.
You know that bed in the guest room that I had all cleared off and ready for Cheryl? Well, today I covered the bed back up…I picked up most of my Spring decorations and have them all spread out on her bed…because that is the room where I store them. I will get them put away tomorrow as I get out my patriotic decorations.
I’m feeling my busy day…definitely ready to sit down and stitch or read this evening. I am hearing rumbles of thunder as a storm approaches. We actually got some rain over night…we haven't seen a lot of rain lately. We are in drought conditions so it was good to hear rain on the roof last night. And, I guess, we have more coming by the sound of the rumbles.
