Well, I can see more clearly now out of two windows. I managed to wash two windows today…one of the kitchen windows and the one in the dining room. The dining room was really in need of a good cleaning. It is sort of easy to wash the windows since they can be washed on both sides from inside…but I still have to take curtains down on the windows with them…and those need to be fluffed in the dryer…aka get rid of the dust! I realized today that that job is harder than it used to be…as I always took down the curtains on their rods put them on the floor and fluffed them one panel at a time. I realized today that I can no longer do it that way…so starting in the dining room, I decided that I could put them on the dining room table. I think that made it easier than crawling around on the floor. Floor isn't an option now, as I wouldn't get much done as I would be struggling to get up off the floor. The dining room window had been on my to-do list for some time. I was just glad that I got up enough energy to be able to do the two I did.
Today has been a bit chilly. I texted Cheryl to say that she might be a bit cool drinking her coffee on my front porch today, if she were here. Wonder what the temps will be like when she gets here. She did text to say that Rachel had been able to get Julianna a seat on the same flight. So it is official that Julianna has been added to the front porch sitters!
Nathan stopped by this morning with the coffee maker…so that essential has been added to my kitchen counter.
I am ready to sit down and watch the finale of Elsbeth tonight and perhaps stitch a little. When I got finished with the windows, I was ready for a nap…which I took, so perhaps I will be able to keep awake for a two hour showM
