I started this blog to keep folk up to date on my husband's melanoma treatments. I have kept up daily blogs for 15 1/2 years…sometimes health related...sometimes just daily routine. June 16th Woody took his final breath in his long health battle. I have blogged for so long that it is part of my daily routine…so I guess I will continue with posts from me about how I cope with this new stage in my life…widowhood.

Déjà Vu
Once again we are on Pooks Hill...lab work and scans behind Woody. We are waiting for our room to be ready...got here a tad early. Everything went like clock work this morning...traffic pattern wasn't too bad, got a parking spot right where we like to park at NIH, he went straight in for his lab work as soon as he signed in, and he was out from his scan at the time he had the appointment. We ate at NIH and then read for a bit and people watched and then caught a shuttle and here we are. Tomorrow he will be seen by his fellow and other docs on his research team, be told results of tests, and then we will be on our way home. No telling where I might blog from tomorrow night...but somewhere between Bethesda and Tullahoma.
