A Fine Monday!

It has been a really pretty day. It started out chilly, but warmed up nicely. Today I went to lunch at the Motlow Baptist Collegiate Ministries. It was time for me to get a haircut. I ate lunch with Nathan and others eating lunch there. Joy came over for lunch after her class ended. She ate with friends and then cut my hair after she finished lunch. I am so happy that she went to cosmetology school. She has made it so much easier to transition from someone who retired, who had cut my hair for years. I am very pleased with my haircuts that she has done for me...three so far! Good job, Joy! I saw four of my Dorrell grandchildren this afternoon and my son and my daughter-in-law...so another perk for eating at the BCM every so often! Abigail had exciting news. They finally have the electricity turned on at their new home...so they can move in for real now and that process was happening while I was at the BCM. They had already moved a lot of things to their house...but were moving the last of their things out of the tiny house on Nathan and Kathy's property. Exciting times for the newly married couple! After I got home, I decided that it was a good afternoon to do a little stitching so I sat and cross stitched for a little while. Then it was time to head to church for Monday Night Furnace Room Prayer Meeting. I am home now and once again settling in for another night. I need to do a few things in the kitchen and then I will either stitch or read for a while before time for bed. To be continued! Be safe! Be well! Be cautious!
