Looks like Isaac got his birthday wishes...snow, no school, presents, and pie...a good way to begin his teen years. Just think...only one of my grandchildren aren't either a teen or in their twenties or thirties!!! I'll bet that means I am getting older!!!! It has been a pretty day. We did get the snow promised and last I checked it was still snowing. I don't know for sure how much we have gotten...predicted around 4.5"...I'm guessing that we got that or a little less. I didn't go out with a ruler! I have stayed inside all day, except for going out one time late this afternoon when I saw that the steps were slushy...so I swept them off. I still won't be going very far since the walkway is covered. I salted the steps, too...hoping that I can keep them from getting icy. I have done a little of a lot of things. I dontinued to undecorate...didn't get a lot farther, but have done some more at leasat. Today I took all things off the walls that were Christmas and have gotten out most of what goes back. I have some of those back in place...still a few to go. I have done a little reading and some stitching and took some snow pictures out the windows. I'll share some of those tomorrow when I don't have a birthday boy to celebrate! I was going to make soup...but changed my mind...maybe tomorrow! There wasn't really anything that I had to do and I'm here by myself...so can pretty much do what I want to do. To be continued! Be safe! Be well! Be cautious!
