I finished stitching the flag that I had been working on for the last few weeks. It is 4 3/4” X 3 1/2”. It is made up of lots of tiny Xs. 26 Xs per line in an inch…676 Xs per square inch…as I said lots of tiny Xs in this piece…but the nice part of this one is that all the white areas are just the fabric showing through. It would have really had a lot of stitches in it if I had had to stitch the white areas, too.
Today has just been so-so. I have been very tired…so lots of napping throughout the day. I have done three loads of wash…two are all put away and now I am waiting on a load of towels to dry so I can fold those and put them away. I continued to make decisions about the cruise…today figuring out what cords and chargers that I need to take. I want to take as few as possible…but I want to be sure that I can charge the various devices that I will be taking. I want to have all this thought through before Cheryl and Rachel come.
I will just do little things for the cruise while I continue to do other every day things…that hopefully will also get me ready for Cheryl and Rachel.
To be continued! Be safe! Be well! Be cautious!
