I started this blog to keep folk up to date on my husband's melanoma treatments. I have kept up daily blogs for almost 15 years...sometimes health related...sometimes just daily routine. My husband was in remission with his Melanoma but new melanoma diagnosis 3/2021 so started back on Keytruda. 8/2020 began home Peritoneal Dialysis. 7/2022 began training for home hemodialysis…never a dull moment! Come join us in our daily routine...sometimes humdrum...sometimes sit on the edge of your seat!

Computer woes
I am blogging from Nathan and Kathy's today as we took our laptop to the shop to try to fix what ails it. Woody got up early, went to work, worked, walked at lunch, worked some more, then came home to rest and relax. I spent a good part of the day working on trying to solve computer problems and finally gave in to take it to the computer shop after Woody got home. I did check email before we took it and did get information from our research nurse at Vandy. NIH needs a cardiac stress test prior to us going...so that has to be set up...we are hoping that it can be done here at the Tullahoma hospital...we will have to wait and see what the nurse has to say to that. The NIH research nurse did send a protocol number, but it doesn't sound at all like what Dr. Sosman described. All this to say that it looks like the ball is rolling in the direction of Bethesda, MD and NIH.
