We will be going to Vanderbilt tomorrow for CT scans. These are the scans that are scheduled every 8 weeks while he is in the drug study program. He will see Dr. Sosman next week to see if he will continue in the drug study program.
I started this blog to keep folk up to date on my husband's melanoma treatments. I have kept up daily blogs for almost 15 years...sometimes health related...sometimes just daily routine. My husband was in remission with his Melanoma but new melanoma diagnosis 3/2021 so started back on Keytruda. 8/2020 began home Peritoneal Dialysis. 7/2022 began training for home hemodialysis…never a dull moment! Come join us in our daily routine...sometimes humdrum...sometimes sit on the edge of your seat!

Cycle 8, Day 23
It has been another rather cold day here in Middle Tennessee...BUT the sun did shine...so that helped lift spirits if not the temperature! Woody got up early, went to work, worked, didn't walk at lunch, worked some more, and then came home to rest and relax. He didn't walk at lunch for two reasons...the temperature and pain. He did take Aleve and Tylenol while at work due to pain, but he said that taking them didn't help. He came home and took a pain pill. And, as happened last night, the pain medication has Woody dozing.
